![]() I know Tomcat can use the Apache webserver for prelim access and load balancing but the servlet container is still absolutely necessary. WAMP contains a web server (no JSP container) and a PHP engine so you’ll still need something like Tomcat. As far as I know, you need a servlet/jsp container to run JSPs and a full-fledged application server to run stuff like EJBs. Therefore wanted to know if there is anyway through which my Java Web Application can also be deployed / integrated with WAMP.Īli _ From: Ezeozue_Chidube via java-l Sent: Friday, Decem2:26 PM To: Ali Subject: RE: Configuring WAMP to run Java / JSP Also, the pages build using that CMS will have the URL of the java application. Then right-click the Servers node and choose Add Server to add your server as below image shows. If yes, please open the Server Explorer window from View menu. I don’t want to upset its setup by moving on to a different web server. Im not familiar with Wamp Server and whether it also has a sever address as a common server. As SilverStripe is already setup and running. I want to have both the applications running on the same web server. ![]() ![]() I also have another application that is built using Java / JSP. I already have a Sliverstripe CMS Solution running on the WAMP server. ![]()
